12nd September 2026, 9:30am–6:30pm

Morning Session: 10:30am–2:30pm
Afternoon Session: 3:30–7:30pm

Chardchakaj Waikawee and photographer Magda Kuca co-ordinate a hands-on introduction to wet plate collodion photography, one of the earliest photographic processes. Waikawee adopts the process in his practice, using the chemistry and materiality of wet plate collodion photography to create his series of portraits of Buddhist monks. Across two sessions, participants will learn about the history of the process and be able to make their own wet plate photographs to take home. All equipment is provided. Tickets are £80 and available via Eventbrite.
